Carlos Pesudo (ESP)

Over the years, Carlos Pesudo has explored several ways of representing and sourcing imagery in his paintings. Initially he worked on abstracting landscapes, only to move to more abstract representation in time. Currently, he is interested in the manipulation of the image and playing with the process of painting itself. He explores the relationship between the representational source image and the physical form of the painting. This process generates a visual misunderstanding of how we read and process images.
